Liping Xie has been painting since 2003. She deeply enjoys and thrives in her work, which is filled with creative challenges and infinite possibilities. She particularly loves to explore how different stylistic products can be expressed through colour, craftsmanship, and material choices. Liping Xie possesses her own distinct aesthetic. She excels at colour curation and application, utilizing diverse paints and materials to express various product styles.
Muted Composition
Speak in Paint moves through soft layers of cream, sand, and olive, broken by deeper green and warm neutral strokes. The palette feels grounded and open, bringing a quiet depth that shifts with the light.
Presence in Space
Its taller scale draws the eye with more presence, adding texture and tone while keeping a sense of openness. Set within a space, it softens edges and creates a calm, vertical statement.
