Liping Xie has been painting since 2003. She deeply enjoys and thrives in her work, which is filled with creative challenges and infinite possibilities. She particularly loves to explore how different stylistic products can be expressed through colour, craftsmanship, and material choices. Liping Xie possesses her own distinct aesthetic. She excels at colour curation and application, utilizing diverse paints and materials to express various product styles.
Soft Contrast
Feral Grace moves through layers of cream, sand, and muted olive, interrupted by deeper green and warm neutral forms. The composition feels open yet held, with colour placed in a way that suggests movement without settling into it.
Metaphor and Scale
Its vertical scale brings height and quiet structure, allowing the tones to sit lightly within the room. It adds texture and atmosphere, leaving space for interpretation rather than direction.
