ONLINE SHIPPING

Koala Living offer a Free shipping service for deliveries to selected metropolitan areas within Australian on selected items. If a particular item selected is free shipping, you will be notified at checkout. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted within 2-3 business days to organise an appropriate time for delivery to take place. This service does not include assembly or the removal of packaging. Koala Living does offer assembly and removal of packing within Victoria if required for an additional charge (depending on item(s) and location).

Our online delivery charges will be calculated automatically and displayed at the checkout process prior to payment and order completion. You will be prompted to get in contact for a shipping quote if your delivery location is outside the areas that we cover.Please review these before you confirm your order. Delivery costs will vary based on the item type, size, weight and location of delivery address.

ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY

A customer may cancel an order made online within 48 hours of placing the order by sending an email to sales@koalaliving.com and a full refund of the purchase amount will be refunded into the paid account. This applies to Online customers ONLY.

For change of mind and exchange, you may return the product within 3 days of the date of delivery or collection provided that the product is returned in its original condition, with original unopened packaging and is accompanied by the original purchase invoice. Koala Living is committed to providing exceptional customer service and to save you the trouble of returning the item(s), we will collect the product free of charge.

If there is a minor damage or fault with the product, the customer is entitled to:

• A replacement of the product
• Have the product repaired within a reasonable timeframe
• Exchange
